welcome
Who am I?
You’ve reached the website of Edward McCaughan, electrical engineer, mad scientist entrepeneur and all round crazy person.
From here you can
see some of the projects I’ve worked on
get in contact with me (including social network links etc.)
If you met me travelling, you probably are looking for my travel journal
What can I do for you and what can you do for me?
If you need someone to collaborate with for a game dev project, have some electronics hardware questions, I’m always up for discussion and helping out on interesting projects.
I’m currently looking for a job, preferably in london. I recently graduated with a BSc Robotics from Plymouth university, so I have strong skills in electrical engineering (particularly in microcontrollers and FPGAs), with signifigant experience in programming above and beyond the degree course from various personal projects, with experience in most of the common languages (c/c++, java, php/html/css etc.) and a few obscure ones (j2me, VHDL etc.). I have some experience in game design, project management and entrepenuering as well.
If you’re looking for someone skilled and unhinged to work with, I’d love to hear from you.
(I can also juggle, breath fire, climb mountains and cook. Sadly finding a job that uses all these is somewhat tricky.)
